If the recipient is found to be under the age of 21 by the shipping company, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be given.

There will be a surcharge for this service from the shipping company and it will be passed on to the buyer. 

We are required to use adult signature service from our shipping carrier which means at the time of delivery you will be asked for your ID from the shipping company.

You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol from us.

The package will be attempted to be delivered up to three times, after that, the package will be returned to us and the buyer will be liable for paying the original shipping charge and also the charge to ship it back to us.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Mail Boxes, or internationally. We are not responsible for any product that will go bad during shipping.

There are some beers that need to be refrigerated at all times, we are not responsible if these beers go bad during the shipping process.

If you are buying beer that needs to be refrigerated during the summer we recommend that you use 2 day or overnight shipping and refrigerate it as soon as you receive it.

We are not responsible for beers damaged by weather conditions.

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed we will try to ship your order within 3 business days and during the holidays some orders may take a little longer. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask you if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until we receive the product. If a product is out-of-stock at the store it can take up to 5 business days for us to receive the product from the distributor.

Due to demand and availability, we cannot guarantee that orders will be filled if you order a limited or seasonal release.

The best way to ensure that that you receive these products is to order them as soon as they become available or when we open them up for a pre-sale.

All presale item will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

No returns are allowed.

All canceled orders are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Laws regarding the sale and shipping of alcohol are constantly changing from state to state.

If you see no shipping options available during check out, we are not allowed to ship to your state.
